We are committed to making shopping fuss-free and enjoyable experience for you. Kindly read through the following terms and conditions prior to making your purchase. By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below. In the event of any dispute, PENNYYPINCHER reserves the right of final decision.

 

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY
  • Kindly ensure that you have selected the correct item/colour/size before carting out. PENNYYPINCHER will not be able to amend and cancel any orders once orders are confirmed.
  • Before confirming the order, always check that you have provided us with the correct and complete address to ensure a prompt delivery of your parcel. PENNYYPINCHER will not be liable for any lost of parcels and costs of returned parcel as a result of incomplete or incorrect address.
  • Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days upon payment verification. Please ensure all required information are submitted during the payment process to avoid possible delays during shipping.
  • Orders are mailed on weekdays. Weekends and Public Holidays are excluded.
  • Order will be held for 24 hours for payment. Order is not confirmed until payment has been made and verified.
  • For payment not made within the stipulated time frame, order will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
  • All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days once confirmed. 
  • Kindly note that an order is final once confirmed, no cancellation or refund can be done.

 

SHIPPING INFO

PENNYYPINCHER orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations and Same Day delivery is offered in select cities.

 

DUTIES & TAX (DELIVERED DUTY UNPAID)

If you opt out of paying duty up front it will be your responsibility to pay any applicable charges on delivery.
Delivery to countries other than Australia, Bahrain, Canada, China, Japan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Singapore, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, mainland United States and Qatar that are outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility (where applicable). If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Our delivery charges are dependent on your shipping destination. Please refer to our delivery section to view timing and costs. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. PENNYYPINHCER cannot take responsibility for delays owing to customs clearance or payment issues. All purchases are insured by us while in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel, please refer to the email you were sent containing your tracking number or alternatively email us at pennyypincher@gmail.com and we will track your shipment for you.

Please order from PENNYYPINCHER with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as PENNYYPINCHER cannot be responsible for this.
If your order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified at ordering we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible.
All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

As PENNYYPINCHER online purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the card holder, for example as with the case of a gift being purchased and addressed to a friend, as a security precaution, an email and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the cardholder’s registered email address and home address, and we will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.

The price displayed to you at the checkout is the price you pay. This will not vary later whatever currency fluctuations occur. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.

 

BOUNCED PARCEL

  • Customers will be contacted via email pennyypincher@gmail.com to receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
  • Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. PENNYYPINCHER will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
  • Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 3 months will be deemed as PENNYYPINCHER property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.

  • EXCHANGES AND RETURNSAll required information for bank transfers are listed on the page for updating payment. We seek your kind cooperation to provide the full set of information for verification purposes. PENNNYYPINCHER reserves all rights to reject any orders without these details.

  • Please email pennyypincher@gmail.com with your order number, return item and reason for the return to check if your item is valid for return.
  • You are required to seek for our confirmation prior to returning your order.
  • All returns must be mailed back via traceable mode of posting (registered post/ smart pac / courier) and must reach us within 7 days for local orders or 20 days for international orders, from the date of receipt of your item.  We are not be liable for the lost returns that are not mailed back via a trackable source. The return will not be valid if we do not receive your parcel.
  • We reserve the rights to reject any returns with no Return Form enclosed, no confirmation of returns or does not meet the returns requirement.
  • In case of item defects, kindly email us at pennyypincher@gmail.com within 7 working days of receiving the item(s). Email must include order no and snapshots of the area of defect clearly.
  • If the defected item is still in stock, a replacement piece will be sent out together with a stamped envelope for the return of the defective piece. Customers will be required to mail the defected piece out to us within 7 working days. In the event whereby the defected item is out of stock, store credits will be issued. The refund will only be done if the item is being returned back to us.
  • All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact should it come with it. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.
  • Colors shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different tech devices have different colour resolutions. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). In the cases above, no refunds/exchanges will be made.
  • For items with light colored base, there may be slight small black dots which are not obvious. As this does not change the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect.

  • If you wish to cancel after the Items have been despatched, then you need to let us know within 14 days after the day on which you receive your Items. You can notify us by email as identified above. Once we have received notification from you of your wish to cancel your order, you will then have a further 14 days to return your Items to us. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the Items.
    We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of the Items, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

PENNYYPINCHER reserve the right to change these Terms at any time and we encourage you to revisit these Terms periodically to ensure that you are at all times fully aware of our Terms. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website constitutes your agreement to all such Terms.
We may, with or without prior notice, terminate any of the rights granted by these Terms. You shall comply immediately with any termination or other notice, including, as applicable, by ceasing all use of the Website.
