• Before confirming the order, always check that you have provided us with the correct and complete address to ensure a prompt delivery of your parcel. PENNYYPINCHER will not be liable for any lost of parcels and costs of returned parcel as a result of incomplete or incorrect address.
• We accept payments via Paypal only. 
• Order will be held for 24 hours for payment. Order is not confirmed until payment has been made and verified.
• For payment not made within the stipulated time frame, order will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
• All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days once confirmed. 
• Kindly note that an order is final once confirmed, no cancellation or refund can be done.

We are committed to making shopping fuss-free and enjoyable experience for you. Kindly read through the following terms and conditions prior to making your purchase. By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below. In the event of any dispute, PENNYYPINCHER reserves the right of final decision.

 

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

• Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days upon payment verification. Please ensure all required information are submitted during the payment process to avoid possible delays during shipping.
• Orders are mailed on weekdays. Weekends and Public Holidays are excluded.
• Order will be held for 24 hours for payment. Order is not confirmed until payment has been made and verified.
• For payment not made within the stipulated time frame, order will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
• All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days once confirmed. 
• Kindly note that an order is final once confirmed, no cancellation or refund can be done.

BACKORDERS

• Backorders are opened for sold out items until slots are being filled
• Arrival time for different items differ and are stated under the individual product pages or our backorder update page. No emails will be sent for such updates unless otherwise stated.
• We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances. For delayed backorders, cancellations of orders are not applicable. For delayed/ cancelled backorders, a store credit will be issued accordingly. There will strictly not be any cash refunds. Do join backorders only if you are alright with this.
• Slight colour discrepancy for the backorder items and instock items may be present.
• Orders are shipped out according by order numbers, no combination of orders are allowed.
• Instock items will be kept aside and shipped together when the backorder item has arrived if “ship backorder separately” option is not selected

 

SHIPPING INFO

PENNYYPINCHER orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations and Same Day delivery is offered in select cities.

Depending on your location, we also offer a Flat Shipping Fee for orders above the following thresholds: 100 GBP, 150 USD, 120 EUR, 180 AUD, 170 CAD, 8000 RUB, 14000 JPY, 800 CNY, 15000 KRW, 180 SGD and 1000 HKD.

This means you can purchase multiple pieces from multiple locations for one shipping fee. The amount of the Flat Shipping Fee is based on the lowest price shipping option available for the item in your order, which travels the farthest to reach you.

DUTIES & TAXES

We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the locations below:

European Union, Canada, Brazil, China, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Qatar, Israel, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, U.A.E, Japan, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, San Marino, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Argentina.

If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or country, import duties will not be applicable however you may need to pay VAT or local sales taxes. For the UK and the USA, these are included at the final stage of checkout.

 

If a DAP (Delivery At Place) destination is selected (i.e. customers outside of the countries listed above), the price you pay to Farfetch will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP order.

 

SHIPPING TO USA

Items being shipped to the USA will have tax added at the final stage of checkout.

For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to the Farfetch partner for a refund.

BOUNCED PARCEL

• Customers will be contacted via email pennyypincher@gmail.com to receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
• Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Soeurs.Co will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
• Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 3 months will be deemed as Soeurs.Co property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.

 

PAYMENT INFO

• We accept Internet Banking, ATM transfers from all local banks and Paypal payments. (In the event that cash deposits are done and there are extra amounts after paying for item, the excess amount will be kept as store credits and are non refundable.)
• All required information for bank transfers are listed on the page for updating payment. We seek your kind cooperation to provide the full set of information for verification purposes. Soeurs.Co reserves all rights to reject any orders without these details.
• For payments via Bank Transfer, kindly update your payment details via the link found in your invoice within 24 hours. All orders will automatically cancelled if payment is not received and updated within this stipulated time frame. In the event where a customer has transferred for the invoice past the 24 hours time frame (with no advance notice) and the order has been cancelled, no refunds will be made if the item is no longer in stock. Store credits will be issued.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

• Please email pennyypincher@gmail.com with your order number, return item and reason for the return to check if your item is valid for return.
• You are required to seek for our confirmation prior to returning your order.
• All returns must be mailed back via traceable mode of posting (registered post/ smart pac / courier) and must reach us within 7 days for local orders or 20 days for international orders, from the date of receipt of your item.  We are not be liable for the lost returns that are not mailed back via a trackable source. The return will not be valid if we do not receive your parcel.
• We reserve the rights to reject any returns with no Return Form enclosed, no confirmation of returns or does not meet the returns requirement.
• In case of item defects, kindly email us at pennyypincher@gmail.com within 7 working days of receiving the item(s). Email must include order no and snapshots of the area of defect clearly.
• If the defected item is still in stock, a replacement piece will be sent out together with a stamped envelope for the return of the defective piece. Customers will be required to mail the defected piece out to us within 7 working days. In the event whereby the defected item is out of stock, store credits will be issued. The refund will only be done if the item is being returned back to us.
• All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact should it come with it. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.
• Colors shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different tech devices have different colour resolutions. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). In the cases above, no refunds/exchanges will be made.
• For items with light colored base, there may be slight small black dots which are not obvious. As this does not change the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect.
